Heavy Duty Tow Truck Operator
Vernon Hills, Illinois
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for heavy-duty towing services.
Transport various types of heavy equipment, including construction equipment, large vehicles, and other heavy loads.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of towing procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy-duty tow trucks.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Good physical condition and able to lift heavy loads.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
